On Friday, November 3, 2023, the Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced the roster of successful candidates who passed the subprofessional level of the August 20, 2023, Civil Service Exam – Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) specifically for the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

The Examination Advisory No. 09, s. 2023, issued by the CSC, affirmed on October 27 that the results and the list of passers for both the Professional and SubProfessional levels of the August 2023 CSE-PPT would be published on the CSC website by November 3, 2023.

During the exam, a total of 41,046 individuals took the CSE SubProfessional test, which accounts for 13.11% of the total 345,293 registered examinees across the nation.

Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) for passers

Passers may request for a Certification of Eligibility (CoE) printed on CSC official letterhead by December 4, 2023. The letterhead CoE is issued free of charge by the concerned CSC Regional/Field Office where the exam was taken.

PASSERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY/CHECK FIRST THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CERTIFICATION BEFORE GOING TO THE CSC REGIONAL/FIELD OFFICES.

Passers are further advised to personally claim their Certification of Eligibility at the CSC Regional/Field Offices.
