Ogie Diaz disclosed in his most recent entertainment video that he actually reached out to Carlo Aquino hours after his highly popular Trina Candaza interview.
In the video, Ogie explained to his co-host Mama Loi Villarama that he had a netizen ask him why he only spoke with Trina.
“May nag-comment [na] bakit ko raw hindi kinuha yung panig ni Carlo Aquino. Bakit daw hindi man lang daw ako nag-effort,” Ogie shared.
Ogie then clarified, “Nag-effort po ako.” Pagkalabas po after two hours ng aking panayam kay Trina Candaza ay nag-DM po ako kay Carlo kasi nagta-try ako. Sabi ko, “Magta-try lang ako kung pwede kitang ma-interview.”
When Loi inquired, “Sumagot nay?,” Ogie stated that Carlo had in fact replied to his direct message.
In response, he stated, “Ay oo. Sumagot, sabi ni Carlo, pass daw muna siya. Di raw muna siya magi-interview. So naintindihan ko naman at tanggap ko naman yun kung ayaw magpa-interview ni Carlo. Siguro gusto na niyang manahimik o wala rin namang katapusan kung magsasagutan sila.”
