PAGASA, the state weather bureau, reported that fair weather is expected throughout the country.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration issued the most recent weather report in the country on Thursday, March 9, 2023. The northeast monsoon will have an effect on the country’s weather.
According to PAGASA, the northeast monsoon will strike Luzon. Throughout Luzon and Western Visayas, the weather will be partly overcast to cloudy with light rain.
Throughout the rest of Visayas and Mindanao, localized thunderstorms will bring partly overcast to cloudy sky with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
The weather agency has recommended citizens in the affected areas to take precautions against flash floods and landslides during strong thunderstorms.
“Habang meron po tayong namataang isang circulation dito sa labas ng Philippine area of responsibility na siyang posibleng maging low pressure area sa mga susunod na araw,” Estareja stated.
Fair weather with partly overcast to cloudy sky and isolated rain showers is expected across the country.
