Binibining Pilipinas Charities Inc. (BPCI) will no longer have representatives at the Miss Grand International pageant.

Roberta Tamondong represent BPCI as the last representative at Miss Grand International.

After the delegate from Mauritius withdrew, she was finally named one of the five runners-up, despite placing in the top 20 on the coronation night in Indonesia last month.

There hasn’t been a Miss Grand International title won by the Philippines. First runners-up thus far have included Nicole Cordoves in 2016 and Samantha Bernardo in 2020–2021.

On Monday, BPCI announced on its social media accounts that it was “officially withdraws from Miss Grand International and will no longer renew its franchise.”

It stated, “We thank the organizers of Miss Grand International and wish them the best in their future endeavors.”

Now that this has happened, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental, and Miss Globe are the only pageants for which BPCI has a franchise.
