MOAs, can you feel the rush of “post-concert depression” or PCD placing in? We can, too

Even though South Korean boy band Tomorrow x Together or TXT wrapped up their first world tour “Act: Love Sick” at the Mall of Asia Arena on October 27 and 28, Filipino fans are still on cloud nine. Their final destination was Manila.

Both shows lasted three hours and included over a dozen songs in their lengthy setlist, which aimed to make every memory with their beloved MOAs count.

On the first day of their Friday show, Yeonjun said, “We have prepared amazing performances for you all, and if I’m being honest, I’m very excited to see how our MOA will react.”

And boy, did they not disappoint!

The energy was consistent throughout, from their spunky entrance performance of “0X1=Lovesong,” which had everyone screaming, to “Trust Fund Baby,” which had fans crying their eyes out.

TXT members also sang their hit songs “Lo$er=Lover,” “Blue Hour,” “Anti-Romantic,” and “Good Boy Gone Bad” from their recent comeback album “Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child.”

Apart from their songs, Taehyun surprised the audience by singing a few lines of Itchyworms’ Filipino song “Akin Ka Na Lang,” which had the fans swooning!

When asked about the tour during their last meeting, the group’s maknae Huening Kai admitted that they were all concerned when they first saw the tour schedule, wondering if they would ever be able to pull it off.

“I am so happy and grateful that the five of us made it to the end of this world tour with the assistance of MOA,” Huening Kai said. “I’ll remember the love you showed throughout the tour for the rest of my life.”

The five members did not let the concert end without thanking their adoring fans for their support throughout the tour’s four-month journey.

We’ll work even harder to get good for you,” Taehyun promised. “The following one will be even better.” Until then, forever magsama tayo.”

Apart from thanking their fans, Beomgyu took the opportunity to express his heartfelt gratitude to his bandmates, who gave him the strength to complete the tour.

“Thank you so much for always supporting me and the other members, and I hope you will always be by our side,” he said to the audience.”

Meanwhile, Yeonjun stated that their tour allowed them to become even closer.

“It also appears that our bond with MOA is strengthening,” he added.

MOA, according to TXT’s leader, Soobin, was the missing piece that completed their tour, and he was certain that he saw the feeling of love with his own eyes.

“Love is right here with us, and we know how much MOAs love us,” Soobin explained, “and no one but you could ever show the five of us such love.”

Before making an offer their final farewell, the members promised to return soon with a larger venue.

They ended their final show with a surprise performance of “Our Summer,” dedicated to their fans, and then took a bow.

TXT, I love you forever! Until next time.
