It seems that staying at home to avoid infection of the deadly coronavirus is still not safety. And if staying at home is still infected, how much more dangerous for the people going out especially for the frontliners.

A woman from North Carolina gets infected with COVID-19 even though she stayed home for three weeks and avoided contact with other people.

Rachel Brummert was diagnosed last week, and she said she’s absolutely terrified. “This is the sickest I’ve ever been and it’s the most scared I’ve ever been,” she told the local news station WCNC.

Rachel and her husband are sleeping in separate rooms in their home. She noted that she has been suffering from autoimmune disorder.

According to the report published by the www.theepochtimes.com Brummert narrated that once she had an encounter with a delivery person however she clarified that she didn’t even touch her.

“I really thought I was doing everything right,” she said. “I’ve never had anything like this before,”. “I’ve had the flu. This is not the flu. It’s a whole other monster.” Rachel stated.

On April 2, Rachel had a fever of 99.8 F, is “coughing a little less” and “mostly fatigued”, according to her Twitter post.

North Carolina confirmed that there were 300 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, around a total of more than 4,800 cases. At least 86 people have died in the state and 313 people are hospitalized as of writing.
