Bacolod City Mayor Evelio “Bing” Leonardia announces through an exclusive interview with Bombo Radyo Bacolod that the city is going to control the Home Quarantine Pass (HQP) by assigning the number coding.

This is to ensure the limit of people going out from their respective houses and in order to control the people from possible crowd gathering in a certain place.   

According to the Leonardia, every holder of HQP with ending ODD numbers like (1,3,5,7,9) are only allowed to go out during M-W-F or Monday, Wednesday and Friday while holder of HQP with ending EVEN numbers like (0,2,4,6,8) are allowed to go out from their home during T-T-H or every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

During Sunday, nobody is allowed to go out from their home quarantine, Leonardia said.

Leonardia added that he is going to publicized the Executive Order tomorrow, Tuesday, and to take effect the following day on Wednesday, April 15, 2020.
