Bacolod City Mayor Evelio “Bing” Leonardia, issues Executive Order (EO) no. 30 series of 2020 governing limitations and mandatory examination of Home Quarantine Pass (HQP) on April 13, 2020.
All ask about HQP’s usage schedule, under which the code is attached:
“EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2020 (Wednesday)”
All HQPs end in number (1,3,5,7,9)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
Time: 4AM to 10PM ONLY
All HQP ending numbers (2,4,6,8,0)
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday
Time: 4 AM to 10 PM ONLY
The Bacolod City Mayor also stated that All HQPs are NOT honored on Sundays, All persons are required to strictly observe home quarantine on this day except for those rendering essential services.

Latest Updates, Supermarkets, groceries, and public markets shall requires all customers to present their valid HQPs upon entry, those without the same shall not be allowed to enter.
Recently, DOH recorded 4,932 confirmed cases in the Philippines as of April 14, 2020, while 242 recovered and 315 deaths.
