Francis Leo Marcos also completed his schooling from the National high school of Massachusetts bay Belmont and earned his graduation degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston, the USA in 1997. His hometown is located in Manila, Philippines. 

Francis went viral on social networking sites such as Facebook when he donates 1-sack of rice to 100 families in Payatas. According to the source, he has reserved 380 bags of rice to be given to the other barangays to support the affected families of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
