BREAKING NEWS: 3 Coronavirus Patients PH5, PH6, and PH37 Died, Two are Couple

The Department of Health (DOH) issued official statement to notify the public about the update of the coronavirus outbreak in the country. Authorities updated about the three (3) newly confirmed death case in the Philippines due to the COVID-19.

Reportedly, the three (3) expired patients were identified with their respective patient ID as PH5, PH6, and PH37.

According to the report, the two (2) victims of COVID-19 are couple. Our team learned that patient’s ID PH5 is the husband of PH6.

PH5 succumb due to a coronavirus infection. PH5 also suffers diabetes and hypertension and developed acute kidney injury. He gives up his breath in the morning of March 12 due to acute respiratory distress syndrome from severe pneumonia. While his wife, PH6 experienced difficulty of breathing and underwent intubation until she gives up her breath on March 11 due to acute respiratory syndrome from severe pneumonia.

Reportedly, the DOH said, PH37 expired afternoon on March 12, 2020. The patient also developed acute respiratory failure which caused the death.

The DOH continue its campaign to observe proper hygiene by washing hands and avoid crowd places. It also advised to maintain strong immune system to fight against the deadly coronavirus.

The continues increase of COVID-19 cases in the country prompted the government to suspend all travel to-and-fro Metro Manila whether by land, sea or air are suspended starting Sunday, March 15, 2020.
