The Civil Service Commission (CSC) releases the list of Top 10 Passers (TopNotchers) of 2019 Civil Service Exam or Career Service Examination-Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) on Tuesday, October 8, 2019 or in five (5) days after the announcement of results or the complete list of passers.
CSC released the CSE-PPT results on Thursday, October 3, 2019. The passers who got at least 80 percent score will be eligible for a position in the civil service provided the eligible meet the qualifications and other requirements – education, experience, and training.
