We can always do new creations out of old broken things. We may not see its possible uses at first, but with a creative mind, new ideas can be quite amazing. A teacher from Polomolok Central Elementary School in South Cotabato, Reynel Calmerin, made a very creative and artsy wall out of old wooden chairs and a broken sink.

During the ‘brigada eskwela’ he had thought of a way to surprise his students in the opening classes by creating this unique and colorful wall.

Netizens admired his efforts and creativity. In an interview with TV Patrol South Central Mindanao, he said, addressing his students, “If they want to travel the world for free, read the books sa reading corner. Gusto ko silang ma-inspire para mangarap silang libutin ang mundo and they will work hard for it.”
