Melba Ann Macasaet comes from Negros Oriental. She pursued a career in Pharmacy and wants to use her expertise and platform to aid those living with hemophilia.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
