Julia Eugene Saubier comes from Daraga, Albay. She likes martial arts and now working with a group that teaches Filipino martial arts to enable women, children and LGBTQ members to protect themselves.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
