Emma Mary Tiglao comes from Pampanga. Tiglao advocates helping abandoned and less fortunate children. She also wanted to be an “ATE (older sister)” and inspire these children to dream of a better future.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
