Raffy Tulfo in Action is public service affairs program that involves in solving the problems and complaints of our fellow Filipinos. This program had brought a lot of hope to may Filipinos because of their helping hand and loving heart. Here’s another episode of Raffy Tulfo in Action.

The complainant in this episode is an elderly couple named Antonio Palau, 73 years old with his wife, Lourdes Palau, 63 years old, who complains about his passenger who stole his pedicab that had been their only source of income for years. According to Lolo Antonio the guy who became his passenger tricked him and took his pedicab away. The couple cried while stating their complaint because they were poor and their source of income was taken away from them.
