Ramon Salva from Dalahigan, Lucena City, Quezon, used to repair broken watch for fifty (50) years to survive his ten (10) children was able to invent the first ever in the world Falfan which is operated through free energy.
Sal-Fan is one among the inventions of a Filipino that requires no electricity and no battery to function like the common electric fan.
According to Ramon Salva, the name Salfan is a combination of his family name SALva and electric-Fan. Upon interview with TV Network journalist, Salva would like to enhance his invention so that many Filipinos can avail of its benefits.
Salva is looking for capitalist to finance his invention in order to produce massive inventory to distribute all over the world. He also wanted to make his invention spread all over the world in order to make Filipinos gain popularity in the field of inventions.
Lately, he was able to register his invented SalFan to the Department of Science and Technology, Bicutan, Taguig City for protection and preservation of his intellectual rights.
