A group of complainants asked help in Raffy Tulfo in Action. They complained about the agency they were employed. They are construction workers. They complained about their 13th month pay because it is not yet given to them. The agency gave them half of their 13th month pay but they did not receive it because it is not whole since they want to receive a whole 13th month pay. According to them, they were transferred to another company which confuses them. According to USEC. Joel Maglunsod from DOLE, 13th month pay should be given whole before December 24.
