Maalaala Mo Kaya December 16, 2017 Episode is based on the true to life story of the famous fashion designer, Rey Michael Leyva. He is a well-known designer of wardrobes for celebrities like Anne Curtis, Kim Chiu, Kris Aquino and Pia Wurtzbach.

It all started in a dream of Rey’s older brother Brian, who was a gay since they were little. Brian will often play dolls and sew gowns for dolls. But their father didn’t support Brian’s real personality. He succeeded and was eventually accepted by their father. But as for Rey, he doesn’t want to show his real personality for the sake of his father’s happiness.

Until such time that their father was attacked by stroke and Brian died because he was shot by a holddapper.

Rey pursued his dream to be a flight attendant but he disqualified in the training. Until he decided to follow his brother’s footsteps of being a fashion designer. At first, he regretted because he didn’t show his real personality. But in the end he tried and succeeded. In the year 2015, he continued his brother’s dream to become a fashion designer so he studied in London to complete his studies.

And now he is a famous fashion designer for celebrity wardrobe.
