“The center of Tropical Depression “Odette” was estimated based on all available data at 765km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.4N, 128.9E) with maximum winds of 55 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 65 km/h. It is forecast to move West at 26 km/h.”
