Binibining Pilipinas contestant # 37 Sammie Anne L. Legaspi, 24-year-old from Ilocos Sur. She is a daughter of volunteered preacher and a former tourism student at De La Salle Dasmarinas. Sammie is huge fan of garage sale that she found her strength and enjoy of what she is doing.
Her exposure in the public develops self-confidence to take home the most coveted crown of the contest.
