Malacañang Palace declared Class, Work Suspension on April 28, 2017 (Friday) a non-working holiday in schools and both government and private offices in Metro Manila because of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Summit 2017.

The Memorandum Circular no. 18 that shown below was signed by Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea through the authority of President Rodrigo Duterte.

 

PICC (The Philippine International Convention Center) Complex, Pasay City has no work in government offices from April 24-30, 2017 (Monday to Sunday).

Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex, Pasay City has no work government offices on April 28-30, 2017 (Friday to Sunday).

The Cities of Pasay, Makati and Manila has non- working government offices on April 27, while on Metro Manila also is also a non-working holiday in government offices.

The memorandum statement, “classes in public and private educational institutions at all levels in Metro Manila are also suspended on April 28, 2017, while suspension of classes in the cities of Pasay, Makati and Manila on April 27, 2017 shall be left to the discretion of their respective heads.
