Binibining Pilipinas contestant # 18 is Ms. Nelda Ibe from Tarlac. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature degree from Tarlac State University. Currently, the 23-year-old beauty queen is connected to a flight academy group as Cadet Pilot at Alpha Aviation Group.
The most treasured moment she considers in life is when she was able to accomplish her flight academy that makes her inspire in every time she has a moment to fly high as she also expects the same opportunity waits in her beauty contests endeavor.
