Binibining Pilipinas contestant # 19 is Ms. Rachel Peters, 25-year-old from Camarines Sur. She finished her International Baccalaureate degree at the British School in Phuket, Thailand and she also has a Bachelor of Business, Tourism and Events major from La Trobe University in Australia”
Currently, she is working with an artist that contributes to her personality development that considers her advantage to win the contest.
