Just like how a 30-year-old-farmer in Davao del Sur defended his throne as “Tawag ng Tanghalan” for the third time now. He is continuously making ‘wow’ impressions with the judges. Just yesterday, he hit the old Tom Jones’ hit “I’ll Never Fall In Love Again.”

Ronald Rosalita is from Magsaysay town in Davao del Sur. With his wonderful performance he garnered a 93.8 percent, beating Valerie Rosales, the daily-winner by nearly five points! Rosales sang “Dahil Mahal Na Mahal Kita” of Roselle Nava.

However, Rosalita on the other hand stated that he joined the competition to buy a piece of land and to be use for his brother’s medical expenses. Adding in saving up for his wedding in the next six months.

Because of this achievement, Rosalita will be back in “It’s Showtime” stage on Tuesday to defend his throne again! Just five more wins for him to advance to the semifinals.
