“The problems we face are our generation’s making. It is our generation that has to correct them. Your role is to prepare yourselves better to avoid making the same mistakes,” Aquino quoting his mother on his speech during the EDSA event where her mother is one of the reason and was the key icon of the EDSA.

Now, President Benigno Aquino II had declared during the 30th anniversary celebration of the EDSA People Power Revolution that all youth should learn and understand the history of the said important and memorable revolution happened last 1986.

He also quoted, “Nawa’y mag-ambagan tayong lahat, upang hindi na kailanman muling manaig ang kadiliman sa Pilipinas,” He also stated to stand firm and right in every action and decision.

To address this generational information gap, the government recently launched the “EDSA Experiential Museum.” The exhibit will be open for two days: February 25 and 26.
