Here is a new study that when you sleep for more than nine hours a night and will just sit too much during the day could be a dangerous thin and can lead to a deadly amalgam especially when you don’t exercise as well.

From the Sax Institute’s “45 and Up Study,” the researcher stated it and was published in the journal PLOS Medicine last Tuesday.

In the Los Angeles Times by Karen Kaplan published last December 8 it was stated that a person who tend to sleep to much and is less in physical active movement are likely to die in an early age than a person who is sick and has unhealthy lifestyle.

It was define as with too much sitting with 7 hours and a less than exercise in every 150 minutes every week.

Stated by Dr. Melody Ding, “Evidence has increased in recent years to show that too much sitting is bad for you and there is growing understanding about the impact of sleep on our health but this is the first study to look at how those things might act together,”
