We need food to survive and stay alive, these also gives us energy to work and to recover from stress from our daily struggles in life. Some health conscious says we must intake fruits and vegetables to keep us healthy indeed it is true, but is do you bear in mind that there are some foods you think is good but actually you would realized that you are being fooled because it is unhealthy to our body.

Watch this video as I will tell you why, first the concept of “Marketing” manufacturers really need advertisement to let their product know in the market, but actually they just exaggerate the details to make it more attractive in the eyes of the consumers. For example muffins they say it is low in sugar but the question if does really consumers have time to inspect the sugar content of the product, the truth is we just rely on the nutritional index of the product we bought in the market.

This is a great reminders for us not to trust the details of the product,  to be practical we must be conscious on what we bought in the market for our own safety and to keep our family from diseases.
