A video of Kakampink followers performing the hit song “Rosas” on the inside of a Catholic Church gets viral on the internet. A Facebook user named Rolando Serrano recently published video footage of a congregation singing Nica del Rosario’s popular song “Rosas.” The video quickly went viral on the internet, garnering a wide range of opinions from viewers.
The large number of the crowd inside the Catholic church can be seen singing “Rosas” in the footage. Supporters during the service raised their hands and even made a “L” sign in appreciation of Vice President Leni Robredo.
After becoming the theme song for Kakampink supporters, the song gained quick internet fame.
Some few days just after 2022 elections, the Filipino people voiced a variety of views to the unofficial or partial results. Some were overjoyed, while others were unhappy as Presidential Candidate Bong Bong Marcos claimed the top.
Several individuals have already initiated rallies and activities in opposition to the Marcos-Duterte team.
The Vice President’s enthusiastic supporters sing the line:
Pilipino, Pilipino”
The congregation applauds loudly after the song is over.
Sadly, the video was criticized as some netizens complained that political music should not be heard in church.
The following are social media users’ reactions to the video:
