A video advisory regarding the COVID-19 pandemic posted by a netizen on Facebook caught the attention of the netizens where in a certain barangay mobile patrol announces reverse psychology approach to call the attention of the public.

The country is recently under a national state of public health emergency fighting against COVID-19 pandemic. Luzon was under enhance community quarantine, the said effort echoed to the most of local government.

Amid to the said effort of the government, there are still a lot of local residents do not obey to the said government call of cooperation to the public.

In connection to this challenge, the government official came up with a reverse advisory approach to call the attention of the residents on their barangay.

The original caption of the said video advisory reads like this:

Mga Ka-barangay,
Tayo po ay nasa state of calamity at kasalukuyang under enhanced community quarantine dahil sa panganib na dulot ng novel coronavirus 19.
Pinapayuhan po ang lahat na tumambay sa labas at huwag po tayong mag-ingat.
Patuloy po nating kuwestyunin ang gobyerno at maghintay ng mga libreng alcohol, de-lata, bigas, noodles, at maging pabigat.
Mahigpit pong ipinagbabawal ang pananatili sa loob ng tahanan.
Huwag po kayong mangamba na makipagtsismisan, makipagyakapan, at makipaghalikan.
Hawaan po natin ang ating mga pamilya, kamag-anak, kaibigan, at kakilala.

The local officials thought all the while that people normally oppose against the government advisory the reason they come up with this reverse psychology advisory approach so that when people go against the government advisory that will end up following the general call to the public to cooperate with the government advisory to fight against the killer coronavirus disease.
