Korean actor Lee Min Ho is the newest ambassador of the Philippine real estate company SMDC.

SMDC stands for SM Development Corporation, which is a leading property developer in the Philippines. It is a subsidiary of SM Investments Corporation, one of the largest conglomerates in the country.

SMDC is primarily engaged in the development of residential properties such as condominiums, townhouses, and house and lot packages. It aims to provide affordable yet quality housing options to the Filipino market, particularly the middle-income segment.

The company has developed various projects across key cities in the Philippines such as Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and Tagaytay. Some of its notable projects include Shore Residences, Jazz Residences, and Light Residences in Metro Manila, as well as Mezza Residences and Trees Residences in Quezon City.

Apart from residential development, SMDC also operates hotels and convention centers under the SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation (SMHCC) brand. These include Conrad Manila, Taal Vista Hotel, and SMX Convention Center Manila.

Lee Min Ho is a popular South Korean actor, singer, and model. He was born on June 22, 1987 in Seoul, South Korea.

Lee Min Ho first gained fame in the 2009 hit drama series “Boys Over Flowers”, where he played the role of Gu Jun-pyo, the leader of a group of wealthy high school students known as F4. The show became a huge success and catapulted Lee Min Ho to international stardom.
