The Social Security System (SSS), one of the largest social insurance organizations in the Philippines, offers loans to its members. The SSS Salary Loan is one of the offerings, and an online application is available.

The state-run pension fund’s internet services were being encouraged by the Social Security System to its participants, employers, and retirees.

This is because there have been a lot of coronavirus infections in the Philippines recently.

SSS President and CEO Aurora C. Ignacio said in a statement that doing business with the government-run pension fund online was the safest, easiest, and most practical choice for stakeholders.

Ignacio said that stakeholders may access services through the state-run pension fund’s internet channels without leaving their workplaces or residences, lowering their chance of coming into contact with the coronavirus sickness.

The My.SSS Portal (https://www.sss.gov.ph/), the uSSSap Tayo Portal, and the SSS Mobile App were a few of the state-run pension fund’s internet outlets (https://crms.sss.gov.ph/)

Members, employers, and retirees may view their SSS data, including loans, contributions, and the status of benefit claims or reimbursement, using the My.SSS Portal.

Additionally, it permitted creating Payment Reference Numbers (PRNs) for loans and donations as well as establishing the DAEM (Disbursement Account Enrollment Module) and BRM (Benefit Re-Disbursement Module).

Members can also apply for calamity, salary, pension loan, and other benefits including illness, maternity, and retirement.

Employers, on the other hand, can send R3 (Contribution Collection Lists), ML2 (Loan Collection Lists), R1A (Employment Reports), SS Sickness Benefit Reimbursement Applications, and Maternity Benefit Reimbursement Applications, among other things.

The My.SSS Portal now offers more than 30 member services and nearly 20 employer services. The SSS Mobile App also offers access to some of those features.

In the meantime, the uSSSap Tayo Portal allowed stakeholders and the general public to easily access essential SSS information to address their inquiries as well as a facility to get in touch with the state-run pension fund for any additional problems.

The Knowledgebase Section, the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) Section, and the Viewing and Submission of Tickets Section are additional areas of the uSSSap Tayo Portal.
