The Suspect in the 16-year-old Girl’s Murdér in Cavite has been Caught

Authorities are said to have apprehended the suspect in the murdér of a girl who was discovered under a bridge in the city of Trece Martires, Cavite.

This Sunday, operatives of the Trece Martires City PNP arrested the suspect in the alleged murdér and rapé of a 16-year-old girl in San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.

It should be noted that the victim, Ann, was discovered dead under a bridge in Brgy. Cabuco, who was discovered nakéd with wounds on his neck and head.

According to the victim’s father, the girl stated that she was going to sleep with her brother in the other barangay, but after an hour, she abruptly left without saying goodbye or explaining where she was going, and her body was discovered the following day.

According to the PNP, after the crimé, they immediately launched a follow-up operation in order to locate the 33-year-old suspect, Buboy.

Buboy was arrested on September 14 at his brother’s house in Brgy. Brgy. Manuyan, San Jose Del Monte.

The alleged murdér wéapon and the victim’s cellphone were recovered from the suspect. Authorities suspect that the hair recovered from the phone belongs to the victim.

Buboy’s live-in allegedly pointed him after confirming his ownership of the items left at the crime scene.

Buboy admitted what he did but denied ràping the victim.

He begged the victim’s parents for forgiveness.

Authorities are still looking into whether the suspect had any other accomplices in the crimé.

The hair from the alleged murdér wéapon, as well as the suspect’s and victim’s cellphones, will be tested.

The suspect will face rapé and homicidé charges.
