For her new series, which was not dubbed by other artists, Kapamilya actress Jane de Leon claimed that she enthusiastically rehearsed shouting “Darna!”

According to an interview Jane gave based on the Bandera story, she indeed shouted “Darna” in the Kapamilya series. In addition to the physically challenging preparation she underwent for the battle scenes, the actress said that she had actually practiced the shout.

It was claimed that some individuals believed that Regine, singer Jona Viray, or Angeline Quinto were responsible for shouting the superhero’s name.

“Ako po talaga ‘yung sumigaw nu’n. Pinagpraktisan ko po yun sa bahay pati sa banyo,” Jane de Leon remarked.

This will signal the transformation of Narda into Darna, who protects those in trouble. The abovementioned shout is a part of the renowned Filipino superhero character.

Many people are aware that Asia’s Songbird Regine Velasquez dubbed the actress Angel Locsin’s shout for this part in a series for the Kapuso network.

She passionately prepared for this and took her time practicing the shout required in important scenes.

“Matagal rin (practice). Kasi ang kasama ko riyan ang kapatid ko. Sabi ko, ‘kuya ayos lang ba ang sigaw ko tapos sinasabi niya sa akin kung maganda, kung kailangan babaan tapos ayun nag recording na po ako,” the actress stated.

Actress Jane de Leon revealed, “Buti na lang nagawa ko siya from how many times ko siya inaral.”
