Ruru Madrid, a Kapuso star, admitted that he and Paul Salas could not avoid getting harmed during their action scenes in the television series Lolong.

Ruru even claimed that “sakitan” was unavoidable because of the strong fight scenes, according to the report in Bandera. Ruru Madrid said, “Maraming beses po talaga ang nagkasakitan kami,” adding that this allowed them accomplish their presentation’s target.

Ruru said, “Siyempre, gusto po namin na lumabas yung totoo.” Paul Salas said that because they were both experiencing strong emotions, hurting one another could not be prevented.

“Eh minsan, kasi kapag papunta na sa tiyan yung suntok, eh alam ko naman, six-pack abs naman ‘to, ‘di naman niya mararamdaman ‘to pero naiintindihan niya naman,” Paul jokingly said, adding that as they were enjoying the scenes, their passion became evident.
