Everyone was amazed by the famous comedian Herlene Budol as she displayed her huge national costume at the pageant.

Additionally, Herlene Budol, also recognized as Hipon Girl, has attracted a lot of attention online with her huge national costume inspired by the Higantes Festival. She is among the pageant’s 40 official candidates.

Higantes Festival is from Angono, Rizal, and her costume was three times heavier and as large as she was. Patrick Isorena, a Filipino fashion designer, made the outfit, while Angono-based visual artist Ebok Sausa Pinpio painted the cape she wore by hand.

They must have invested a significant sum of money to finish the outfit, which accurately captures the culture and way of life of Angono. Her manager, Wilbert Tolentino, disclosed that they spent a six-digit amount on that costume.
