James Reid, an actor-singer, acknowledged that he and his ex-girlfriend, actress-singer Nadine Lustre, were indeed close until recent times.

According to an article in the Philippines’ Ultimate Showbiz Hub, James Reid stated that she is knowledgeable that images of him and Nadine Lustre together have gone viral.

“Of course [I’m aware of it]. I see them on social media. They were just happy to see us back together,” the actor-singer explained. Even though their love relationship ended in 2020, the former couple’s friendship remains strong.

“We’re still very close . And, we’re still working very closely together as well,” James said.  Nadine’s music career is managed by James’ company, Careless Music.

James and Nadine split up over two years ago. Manny JaDine fan base were heartbroken when they announced the end of their nearly 4-year relationship.

Though, unlike so many other celebrity breakups, James and Nadine’s split was not widely publicized.

It was most likely because they didn’t make horrible comments to one another and remained good friends until now.

In a recent interview, the actor-singer stated that he is currently single and that this is his personal decision. It’s because he’s presently concentrating on his music career. This September, he will release a completely new EP for his fans.

Meanwhile, Nadine Lustre is dating Filipino-French businessman Christophe Bariou. He owns a resort in Siargao, the Philippines’ surfing capital.
