Camille Vasquez To Defend Johnny Depp In New Court Case Next Month

Vasquez will defend Depp once more in the 2017 charges that he abused location manager Greg Brooks on the set of “City of Lies.”

Brooks alleged that Depp punched him in the ribcage and then promised him $100,000 if he punched him back. He further claimed that he was sacked from the film because he refused to swear not to sue Johnny.

Vasquez, on the other hand, will rely on eyewitness Emma Danonff, the script supervisor.

According to Danoff, the alleged altercation occurred after Brooks made discriminatory and insulting remarks to a homeless black woman, whom Depp overheard.

Danoff said, “He immediately stood up from our shared seat on the edge of a planter bench and went over to Brooks to stand up for the woman,”.

“Mr. Depp said to Mr. Brooks, ‘You can’t talk to her like that. You think she is something less that you? Who do you think you are? How dare you?’”

Danoff stated that no punches were thrown during the disturbance, and there is evidence to back up his claim.
