Sunshine Cruz has criticizes other social media haters and bashers, particularly those who oppose her brother.sibling.

The actress, resolute and bold while remaining cool, took on the netizens who did nothing but criticize her.

Sunshine shared some good remarks from some of her admirers on her Facebook page, and one of them was discriminated and humiliated at her age.

Sunshine uploaded images of abuse remarks from Facebook users yesterday, April 5, and one of them named her “lola.”

“Lola yung buto mo ingat din, baka mabalian ka,” he remarked. The actress told him she is really proud of him at the age of 44 and even encouraged the basher to consume a lot because he is losing weight.

“Proud of my age! I am 44, healthy and happy.

“Tbh, I’d rather be a lola than be you. Kumain ka para magkaroon ng nutrition ang katawan at pag-iisip mo. You look frail and hungry. Take care and stay healthy,” ang may himig na pang-aasar pa ng celebrity mom.

A basher then insulted his sister, Maritess Cruz. He referred to it as “tigulang,” a Cebuano word that meaning “matanda na.”

The basher stated, “Tigulang na gyod” which Sunshine objected to because, to him, the older brother still looks young even though he is 54 years old.

“My sister is 54, and she obviously looks good for her age,” the actress said. “Aging happens to everyone, po.”

“Let’s not make it seem na ang pagtanda ay dapat ikalungkot at ikahiya. Blessing po ang mabigyan ng pagkakataong maging ‘tigulang,’” Sunshine added.

“Still stunning look the outside… ang loob kaya ng sa panty baka matandang kwaknit.” a netizen said in another screenshot provided by the actress.

Sunshine, on the other way, remained silent. Instead, he re-posted on Instagram to warn his followers that it is not acceptable to abuse or mock someone based on their age.

“Guys! Hello! Paalala lang po and to educate others sa maling pagiisip about ageing.

“Being a lola or having the privilege to age is a blessing denied to many. Huwag natin gawing ugali at gamitin ang salitang ‘matanda’ to hurt, insult or describe a person.

“I am proud of my age. At 44, I am healthy and happy.

“Ang mahalaga ay meron tayong pinagkatandaan. At higit sa lahat wala po tayong tinatapakan at sinasaktan just because nadadagdagan ang ating mga edad. Stay safe and healthy everyone. Magandang Hapon po,” Sunshine explained as she expressed.
