Police Staff Sgt. Jonel Nuezca is “Guilty” for killing Sonya Gregorio and her son Frank Anthony Gregorio after an eight -month trial case in court. According to ABS-CBN News, Nuezca was sentenced to perpetual reclusion for the double murder case against the Gregorios.

This was confirmed by Brig. Gen. Val De Leon director of PNP-Central Luzon. Just last June, one of the Gregorio family’s lawyers, Atty. Freddie Villamor in ‘Wanted sa Radio’ of Raffy Tulfo. He said that at that time, it was over and they were only conducting cross -examination of the evidence presented in court.

Atty. Villamor stated that in August 26 is the date of the court’s decision and this day has come when Nuezca has already faced the verdict for what he did to the Gregorio family.

“Would like to give credit to the judge sa mabilis na paglilitis ng kaso, today was tha last day for the presentation of defense evidence. Cross examine po ng ating abogado si Policeman Nuezca,” said Atty. Villamor.

Raffy Tulfo is one of those focusing on Jonel Nuezca’s case to ensure the Gregorio family gets justice. He also provided assistance to the Gregorio family, including repairing their home in Tarlac.
