Celebrity actor Richard Yap caught on camera removes his facemask for picture taking together with the people in Cogon Ramos, Cebu City where he expressed his candidacy running for Congressman in the North Disctrict.
According to the comment appeared on the video, the community pantry was facilitated by Councilor Madel Rubi giving away rice and grocery items and other goods.

Despite of good intention of helping least fortunate residents of Cogon Ramos, there are still people that cannot see the simple charitable action that help alleviate empty stomach of the poor people in need. They prefer to spread the negative side rather than appreciate of what they’re doing that contribute for the good of the people.
On the other hand, we understand that it was a violation against the safety protocol set by the Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) during the pandemic situation in the country but of course the actor did not remove his facemask permanently. For sure he removes it in order to appear on the picture with his full face for identity.
