Kapamilya TV host Jugs Jugueta is making noise on social media following after his personal driver complained him to idol Raffy Tulfo.

In addition, Dayandante revealed that his boss made an arrangement stating he is voluntarily resigning from his job.

According to Dayandante, he has been working for 10 years as personal driver of Jugs, “Ang inaano ko po kasi, ang kino-complain ko po sa kanya ay yung aking SSS at PhilHealth po ay hindi pa po niya nababayaran simula po nung ako ay nag-umpisa.”

On the other hand, Dayandante revealed that Jugs offers him Php90k for his separation pay.

However, according to the legal consultant of Idol Raffy, Atty. Garreth Tungol, he said that since there is no deduction has been made from his salary, it is Dayandante’s discretion to apply voluntarily for his PhilHealth and SSS benefits.

In addition, Atty. Garreth explain that Dayandante is considered as domestic worker and his employment is categorized under the civil code and not the labor code.

“Hindi rin sila kasama sa labor code dahil sila po ay classified as domestic worker, so wala po yun typical na employer-employee relationship na sinasabi natin. So contractual agreement po ang namumuno po sa kanilang dalawa.”

Idol Raffy explained saying, “Siguro po, sinisiguro lang po ni Mr. Jugueta, hindi po sa kinakampihan ko siya, pinoprotektahan lang po niya ang kanyang sarili na para later on di na siya mabalikan at kung anu-ano pa po maireklamo sa kanya samantalang maayos naman po ang samahan ninyo,” Idol Raffy said.
