Accordingly, there are clips circulating online from one of her Instagram live streams to where she shared her secret. she said that she is very strict in diet and consumes very little calories every day. She would just drink black coffee every morning with no sugar, 2 hard boiled eggs during lunch, and another 2 eggs for dinner and sometimes eat some vegetables.

According to a nutrition expert, her way of eating only gives her over 170 calories in a day which is way under the required 1500 to 1700 calories. Thus, resulting to weight loss.
