CBCP (Catholic Bishop Conference Of The Philippines) recently confirms the false identity of Francis Leo Marcos (Norman Mangusin) and scamming schemes.

According to an issued statement on the CBCP official page on Facebook, a certain clergy revealed the modus of Francis Leo Marcos which at first Marcos represents himself as an Ex Philippine Navy Officer and President of Fisher Of Men Foundation. Together with his fellow businessmen they use the name of the foundation to start their alleged scamming scheme and made some deal with the native fishermen in the area to buy the fish at a high price and last October 2016, Marcos and his friends suddenly disappeared leaving the unpaid amount of 400k to local fishermen.

CBCP believes, this Francis Leo Marcos and the man from 2016 that scammed them is the same person and issued an advice to be careful if you ever encountered him.

Lately, Francis Leo Marcos had also a rift between veteran journalist Arnold Clavio who also called him bogus and a scammer.

Clavio noted “yan yung style nya eh, at dapat imbestigahan to ng NBI”.

Meanwhile, lets us know if you have any further evidence of the claim of CBCP is true and share us your thoughts by leaving a comment down below.
