ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network to operate again by virtue of the instant Franchise Bill.

We understand that many of the Filipino were excited to see ABS-CBN on air again after the National Telecommunications Commission, (NTC) issued ceased and desist order.

The Franchise Bill to give provisionary franchise of the giant media network in the country ABS-CBN allowing the network to operate until October 31, 2020.

According to SMNI news reporter Mike Abe, the Congress under the leadership of Speaker of the House of Representatives Allan Peter Cayetano has created the “Committee of the Whole” to concentrate the issue of granting the provisionary franchise of the giant network.

Mike Abe said that the speedy process of the congress maybe violates the law by setting aside the issues of the network when the congress grants the provisionary franchise by virtue of the power of the instant “Franchise Bill” which was pass at around 2:00-2:30 p.m. and at 6:00 p.m everything was said and done.

Mike Abe said that there are so many pending bill submitted to the congress and they’re not even touch for how many years since filed in the congress.

In the previous episode of Mike Abe, he hinted about the suspicious and malicious act of the congress under the leadership of Allan Peter Cayetano from which the news reporter indicated the lines of Jay Sonza’s statement “magkano ang usapan nito.”

Mike Abe also hinted that the proposed provisionary franchise of the network will end until October 2020 coincided to the term of Cayetano in the congress as chairperson.
