Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian accuses the U.S. military for bringing the deadly coronavirus in Wuhan, China.

Based on the report published by the News.tv5.com.ph, Zhao Lijian who serves as spokesman of Chinese Foreign Ministry marks defying words accusing against the U.S. military and blame the pandemic outbreak of COVID-19 to them and not from China.

As to remember, China was blamed for the slow action with regards to containing the spread of the coronavirus which was first originated in Wuhan late last year and for not being transparent enough to the people amid COVID-19 outbreak situation.

Reportedly, on Wednesday, U.S. National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien open up about the lousy response of China to addressed the problem of the coronavirus outbreak.

In reply, a strong statement posted on his verified Twitter account of Zhao Lijian, he said that it was the United States that lacked transparency.

According to the report, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian wrote on his Twitter account saying:

“When did patient zero begin in US? How many people are infected? What are the names of the hospitals? It might be US army who brought the epidemic to Wuhan. Be transparent! Make public your data! US owe us an explanation!” Zhao wrote.

Zhao who used Twitter regularly to combat against his critics did not present any evidence of his accusation against the U.S. military for bringing the tragedy caused by the coronavirus that first started in China and resulted pandemic outbreak.

Another fellow Foreign Ministry spokesperson Geng Shuang also criticized U.S. official for immoral and irresponsible action on the comments blaming China’s slow response that makes coronavirus outbreak worsen to the global impact.

Reportedly, Geng was ask by the reporter during the briefing in Beijing about O’Brien’s comment but Geng said that would not help U.S. epidemic efforts.

China’s efforts to slow the spread had bought the world time to prepare against the epidemic,

“We wish that a few officials in the U.S. would at this time concentrate their energy on responding to the virus and promoting cooperation, and not on shifting the blame to China,” he added.
