COVID-19 Update 3/24/20 Total Record of Confirmed Cases 501, New Cases 39

The Department of Health (DOH) gives the latest update of coronavirus cases in the country as of March 24, 2020.

According to the DOH the confirmed cases of coronavirus patients in the Philippines spikes up to as many as 501 as of today.

Similar report published by the GMA News stating that the new 39 confirmed cases of coronavirus brings the total of 501 just this morning of Tuesday.

Report also noted that 19 coronavirus patients recovered from the said disease while death toll in the country remain at 33.

The Philippine government is on set fighting to curb coronavirus disease in the country. The impact discomfort every people in the world bringing panic as COVID-19 pandemic struck most of the countries in the world. Italy was the most recorded fatality second to the country of China where the outbreak originated.

Locking down of borders as declared by the government officials believes the best move to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease even if it causes discomfort to the people and huge expenses incurred by the government.

The world record shows 381,653 coronavirus cases across the globe with death toll of 16,558.
