Brazil Official Positive For COVID-19 Met US President Donald Trump a Week Ago

Brazil’s ambassador Nestor Forester tested positive for the COVID-19.

Based on the report from BNO Newsroom, the official who tested positive for COVID-19 met with US President Donald Trump last week. Trump said that he would probably get tested for the disease soon.

On the other hand, Trump currently had no symptoms of the virus. Meanwhile, reports also said that Brazil’s President Jair Bolsarno was also exposed to the virus. Fortunately, he later confirmed that the test came negative.

Trump has declared a National Emergency in the US due to the coronavirus outbreak.

According to the Worldometer, the US has over 2,200 confirmed COVID-19 cases. And the death toll for the virus in the US had risen to more than 592.

President Trump brings his hopes to get at least 1.4 million tests for next week. In addition, the country may expect five (5) million tests within a month.

Coronavirus has already affects millions of people around the globe. The governments were struggling to contain the new coronavirus. Also,  economies have been paralyzed, just like in Italy, and many other countries that have a lot of cases of the virus.

Currently, COVID-19 has affected over 145,638 people worldwide. In addition, the virus caused the death of more than 5,423 individuals. However, 71,169 have recovered from COVID-19.
