In Bacolod City Negros Occidental, a five-month-old child was found lifeless in the river after a flash flood hit the city due to the scattered rain.

The (PAGASA) Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration said that the northeasterly surface wind flow would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rain over the eastern Visayas.

The (LPA) low-pressure area will hit the Visayas and Mindanao region. PAGASA warned that flash floods and landslide may occur.

In Bacolod, reportedly there was a 5-month-old child that is missing during the rain and the flash flood struck the city. Based on the Bombo Radyo Facebook page, the body of the child was found floating in the river this morning.

The body of the child was carried away by the flood in the river of Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City. And later found in the seashore of Barangay 35.
