3 Chinese National Admitted at San Lazaro Hospital in Manila After Showing Signs of Flu

MANILA Philippines – Three Chinese nationals were admitted at San Lazaro Hospital in Manila after showing signs of flu.

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III confirmed on Monday about the confinement of the three Chinese national to the said hospital but no confirmation yet in the since that test result must be considered the basis for assessment.

Duque told reporter that they learned from the patients that the two of the Chinese patients have travel history from Wuhan City to the province in China coronavirus outbreak originated.

The three Chinese patients is now under observation and necessary testing of specimen is properly observed.

Based on the report from international media, 80 people already died due to the infection of the coronavirus and more than 2,700 have been infected. The mysterious virus spreads to some other places in Asia and other countries.

Health authorities learned that most of the victims died of the infectious disease have a record of previous serious illness prior to being infected with the coronavirus.

Authorities noted that there is no confirmed case of coronavirus in the country only those 11 patients who are under investigation on suspicion for possible infection of the virus.
